US Pre-Market, 16 June 2026: Futures Steady After Monday's Tech Surge as Oil Falls Again Before Warsh's First Fed Decision

US equity futures steadied early on 16 June after a US-Iran peace deal reopening the Strait of Hormuz sent the Nasdaq up 3.07% on Monday and kept oil falling. WTI dropped 4.14% to US$76.15, the 10-year yield eased to 4.44%, and pre-market movers were led by SpaceX, Micron and Western Digital. The FOMC decision under new chair Kevin Warsh is due Wednesday.
