US Pre-Market 12 October 2026: Futures Flat as Brent Tops $105 and Memory Chips Slip; CCC.US +10% on Buyout Talks, CRM.US +3.9%

S&P 500 futures were +0.12% and Nasdaq 100 futures -0.09% at 8:32am ET on 12 October 2026, with the Treasury market closed for Columbus Day. Brent rose 1.17% to $105.95 after Houthi strikes on Riyadh's airport and attacks on two tankers near Hormuz. CCC.US gained 10.40% pre-market on reported buyout talks with GTCR and Elliott, CRM.US 3.89% on a BofA double upgrade, and MU.US fell 2.38% after China's ChangXin Memory began mass production of a new DRAM platform. JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup and Wells Fargo report on Tuesday.
