VRT.US rose 16.23% on a beat and raised outlook, while ENPH.US fell 20.50% and BSX.US 12.40%. December WTI rose 1.86% to $101.76 after a Houthi strike on Ras Tanura, with the Fed decision due at 2pm ET.
