US Pre-Market 30 October 2026: Nasdaq Futures -2.63% as Intel Falls 24.51%; Amazon -7.32%

Nasdaq 100 futures were -2.63% and S&P 500 futures -1.13% at 8:31am ET on 30 October 2026 after Amazon and Intel results renewed concern over AI spending. INTC.US fell 24.51% pre-market on a fourth-quarter guide of $15.0 billion to $16.0 billion and a cash burn warning, and AMZN.US 7.32% after $77.3 billion of third-quarter capital spending. Chip stocks followed, with AMD.US -9.43%, and third-quarter employment costs rose 0.8% as expected.
