Level 4 Assessment

You have completed Level 4: Risk and Money Management. Protecting your capital is what keeps you in the game long enough for your strategy to work.

This assessment tests your ability to apply risk management concepts in realistic trading scenarios. You will calculate position sizes, evaluate risk-reward ratios, manage portfolio heat, and make money management decisions under pressure.

What to Expect

Scenario-based questions: You will be given an account size, a chart setup, and market conditions, then asked to calculate the appropriate position size, stop placement, and risk-reward ratio.
Conceptual questions: Test your understanding of expectancy, drawdown math, and portfolio correlation.
Decision-making questions: "Given this situation, what should you do?" Apply your money management rules to realistic scenarios.

The assessment requires 80% or higher to earn the Level 4 badge and 50 XP. You can retake it as many times as needed.

Open Book Assessment

Feel free to refer back to the Level 4 lessons while taking this assessment. In real trading, you should have your money management plan accessible. The goal is application, not memorization.
