ASX set to edge up into EOFY as a Fed ruling and Iran calm lift Wall Street tech

Wall Street rallied on Monday after the Supreme Court protected Fed independence and the US and Iran agreed to halt weekend strikes, sending the Nasdaq up 2.07% and the Dow above 52,000 for the first time. Alphabet rose 4.82% in its Dow debut and chip names led a rebound, while oil and gold eased. SPI futures point to the ASX 200 opening about 0.1% higher on the last trading day of the Australian financial year.
