OPCH.US is +33.34% pre-market to $31.16 on a report that McKesson and Clayton Dubilier & Rice are near a buyout worth more than $5 billion including debt. The 10-year Treasury yield closed Monday at 5.311%, its highest close in 24 years, and the August trade deficit widened to $105.6 billion.
